25.2.4 Messages: Scale
Message Cause Rectification
"Scale not connected" No scale is connected when
the device is switched on
.
Connect scale.
"Scale does not give weight
value"
The scale does not provide
any weight values after initi-
alization. This can be
caused by a cable becoming
loose during operation.
Check cables.
Connect scale.
"Scale outside range" The weight value is smaller
than the negative zeroset-
ting limit (-1% of MAX).
Clear the weighing belt.
Press <Reset>.
"Scale outs. zero range
when activated"
When switched on the scale
is not within the ± 10% of
MAX.
Clear the weighing belt.
Press <Reset>.
"Zero tracking not possible" The scales cannot carry out
an automatic zero point cor-
rection. The weight value of
the unloaded scale is not
within ± 3e.
Check that the weighing belt
is empty.
Press <Reset>.
"Zero tracking not possible,
provide package gap
."
The scale should not be loa-
ded briefly for an automatic
zero point correction.
Create a gap in the pack-
ages.
When the weighing belt is
empty, the scales automati-
cally correct the zero point.
"Zero tracking not possible,
stop automat, set scale to
zero"
The scale could not perform
a zero point correction within
a second time interval
.
Stop device.
If the weight belt is empty,
press <Reset>.
"Min. weight error" The weight value is smaller
than the minimum value pre-
set in the article data.
"Scale above max. load" The weight value is higher
than MAX +9e.
