30.9 E-mails
30.9.1 Creating E-mail address book
Enter the name and email addresses of the people you want to send emails to in the email
address book. You can save up to five email addresses for each recipient
.
Use the following shortcut to enter the special character @:
<2nd>, <Shift> and <Q>
The device is configured to send e-mails, see page 418.
Mode level: 5
<Interfaces> / <Ethernet> / <Emails> / <Email addr. book>
Recipient names such as company, department, person, etc. are entered via the dis-
played keyboard and confirmed
, e.g. "Storage".
A table for up to 5 e-mail addresses of this recipient appears.
Enter and confirm e-mail addresses.
30.9.2 Deleting e-mail addresses
With this function you can delete all the e-mail addresses belonging to a recipient
.
Mode level: 5
<Interfaces> / <Ethernet> / <Emails> / <Delete email address>
Select recipient in e-mail address book and press <OK>.
To delete a recipient's e-mail addresses completely, answer the security check with
"yes".
