24.14 Printing lists
You can print the following list types:
Weight lists:
Successive printing of the weight values for a PLU.
Item lists: Successive printing of special items of the same PLU.
Database lists: List of all PLUs marked for a customer.
Weight lists and item lists are created parallel to labeling, based on the current data. In
contrast, database lists can be printed at any time from the database. Different formats are
available for each list type, differing in the way data are selected and displayed. You can
find an overview of the different list formats in the annex, see page 471.
Mode level 2:
A list printer is connected to the device.
The "LPRN" license is available for list printing.
<Printer + interface> / <List printer>
Weight or item list
Press <List number>.
Enter and confirm the number of the list format you want.
The different labeling jobs are recorded permanently in the selected weight or item
list. To end continuos recording
, enter list number "-1".
Database list
Press <DB list number>.
Enter and confirm the number of the list format you want.
Press <Printout DB list>.
The list is printed.
24.15 Releasing statistics reports manually
Statistics reports usually are released automatically after a preset initiation criteria. Based
upon the configuration they are transmitted to a printer
, storage medium or EDP, see
page 328.
With the following functions the statistics reports are released manually:
<Report main stat.>: Release and delete the main statistics report.
<Report marg. stat.>: Release and delete the marginal statistics report.
<Report free stat.1>: Release and delete the report on free statistics 1.
<Report free stat.2>: Release and delete the report on free statistics 2.
