12.8 Deleting article
Delete a selected article with this function.
Mode level 3 (local) or 4 (global)
Mode level 3: <PLU> / <Delete PLU locally>
or
Mode level 4: <PLU> / <Delete PLU>
In order to finally delete the article, reply to security query with <yes>.
The selected article was deleted.
12.9 Deleting article number range
With this function several articles with successive PLU numbers are deleted.
Mode level 3 (local) or 4 (global)
Mode level 3: <PLU> / <Delete PLU range loc.>
or
Mode level 4: <PLU> / <Delete PLU range glob.>
Enter the first PLU number to be deleted in field "from PLU No.".
Enter the last PLU number to be deleted in field "to PLU No.".
Enter the first PLU number to be deleted in field "fr.customer No.".
Enter the last customer number to be deleted in field "to customer No.".
Close input window with < >.
In order to finally delete all articles of the defined article number range, reply to securi-
ty query with<yes>.
The articles of the selected area are deleted.
12.10 Call up article
The article to be labeled must be stored in the system under a PLU number (article num-
ber) with the necessary data
, see page 136. Depending on the configuration of your device
or database the article is called up in different ways.
– manually via PLU number, see page 142
– manually via PLU and customer number, see page 142
– manually via quick keyboard, see page 119
– automatically via EDP or scanner
If you call up the article manually via the PLU number and call up the
customer number, if available, you can search for the article by the arti-
cle text depending on the configuration, see page 142.
