29.2.3 Sent print output
With this function you determine which material is printed on. The following settings are
possible:
"Lab.w. backing paper": Print feed is controlled by the gap between the labels or by the
black synchronization strips on the backing tape.
"Lab. w/o back. paper": E.g. for flag labels. The part that should not be printed is moved
over quickly.
"Ticket w/o preprHead": For ticket rolls (strip-printing operations).
"Ticket w.preprHeader": The ticket paper is treated like a label, i.e. a successive header
is printed.
Mode level: 1 or 2
Mode level 1: <Etc> / <Labels> / <Printer menu> / <Etc> / <Print out- put to ...>

29.3 Printer positions
29.3.1 Modify label feed
If a label is dispensed too early or too late from the backing tape, enter either a larger or
smaller value as label feed
. You can modify the label feed with positive or negative values
in both directions. The label feed unit is the dot. How the feed value correlates to a single
dot depends on the printing head you are using.
Example: Printing head with 8 dot/mm⇒ 1 dot corresponds to 1 mm / 8 = 0.125 mm.
Label feed is usually entered in the label parameter table, see page 201. When a PLU is
called up, the label feed in the related label parameter table is set automatically.
With this function you can enter or change the label feed for the current labeling job.
Mode level: 1 or 2
Mode level 1: <Etc> / <Labels> / <Printer menu> / <Label feed>
or
Mode level 2: <Labels> / <Printer menu> / <Label feed>
For smaller label feeds, enter a minus sign.
Enter value and confirm input.
