10.4.1 Record macro
CAUTION Macros can change mode levels. Unqualified personnel gain ac-
cess to higher mode levels!
Risk of damage to property or loss of data due to operating errors
in the higher mode level

– Develop macros that always return to the original mode level.
Key programming is approved, see page 102.
Select the mode level in which you want to record and use the macro.
Press <Shift> and <Record>.
Select and confirm "Recording start".
The start screen appears. A macro icon shows the recording. .
Operate the device.
The operating steps are recorded.
Press <Shift> and <Record> at the same time.
The macro menu appears.
Select and confirm "Recording end".
Press the key that should start the macro.
In the event of attention brought to assigned key: Press the key again to overwrite the
existing assignment

Press another key to assign this key to the macro.
Enter and confirm a name of the macro.
Enter password.
or
Leave the input field empty.
If you decided not to enter a password, the macro can be started,
edited and deleted later without having to enter a password
.
Press <OK>.
If necessary, re-enter the password and confirm your input.
The macro is saved.
You can stop recording the macro at any time, see page 108.
