15.1.11 Print list of saved texts
Mode level: 3 (local) or 4 (global)
<Text> / <Text No. occupied>
A list is printed. It contains all the texts saved under text numbers in the system and also
gives details of the date and time of creation
.
15.2 Manage general texts
When using standard labels, you can print general texts in the text fields 1 to 3. Text
fields 1 and 2 usually contain texts about the company
, the products or ingredients. The
optional text field 3 contains, for example, special texts for promotion campaigns. You can
print up to 20 general texts on customer labels.

General texts can be saved in the database under text numbers and allocated to PLUs
based on these text numbers, see page 138.
After calling up a PLU, the general texts are displayed on the relevant softkeys <Text 1> to
<Text 20>. General texts can be called up for editing via the softkeys.
General texts <Text 4> to <Text 20> are only for customer labels.
