22.11.6 Printing total evaluation A, B, or C
With these functions total evaluations A to C are transmitted to a printer or EDP system.
The basic settings for printout are defined in the configuration of the respective total evalu-
ation, see page 304.
The printing areas defined in the configuration can be modified here. To do so record start
and end values in a table for the key attributes assigned to the respective total evaluation.
After sending the total evaluation the basic total memories are deleted.
Example: Total evaluation A. The procedure for total evaluations B and C is equal.

Printing total evaluation A
<Main menu> / <Totalization> / <Evaluation of total> / <Evaluation of total A>
Enter start and end values on the key attributes of the total evaluation into the table
and confirm.
Close table.
To print the total evaluation reply to the security query with <yes>.
The ranges set are also saved in the configuration of the total evaluation and are pre-set
during next printing call
-up.
The total evaluation is transmitted to the printer or the EDP. The total memories upon
which it is based are deleted.
