19.6 Settings for printing barcodes
19.6.1 Allocate total code
A different barcode in comparison to the one printed on single labels can be printed on to-
tals labels from Total 1-3 - or product total. The different barcode has to be saved with the
code structure rules in advance
, see page 215.
Allocate the required code structure rule to the totals here (code definition). The selected
code structure rule is printed in code field 1 on the total label. Example: Article tot. The
procedure for total 1 and 3 is the same.
The following settings for PLU total are supported:

<*A:CodeDef.2 ->codeField1>
<*A:CodeDef.3 ->codeField1>
<*A:CodeDef.4 ->codeField1>
<*A:CodeDef.5 ->codeField1>
<*A:codeDef.6 ->codeField1>
<*A:codeDef.7 ->codeField1>
Mode level: 2

Press softkey with respective Code structure rule (code definition).
A barcode is printed in code field 1 of the PLU total labels in accordance with the selected
code structure rule.
19.6.2 Activate or deactivate code printing
With this function you determine whether the barcode is printed on the labels or not. The
following settings are possible
:
"W/o": Barcode is not printed.
"With": The barcode is printed on the labels in accordance with the
code structure rule saved in the PLU data. Default setting.
Mode level: 2
In order to print barcodes, suitable code structure rules have to be allocated to the data
fields, in which the barcodes are going to be printed
