Cancel fixed value package
When a fixed value package is canceled
, the fixed weight and the price of the package are
deducted from the relevant totals and the piece number is decreased. To cancel a fixed
value package, you don't usually have to stipulate anything manually, as the currently de-
fined data are automatically displayed when the minus tool is started.
Mode level: 1 or 2
Calling up article data of the article to be cancelled, see page 141.
Mode level 1: <Etc> / <Cancel. & minus> / <Minus>
or
Mode level 2: <Processing> / <Cancel. & minus> / <Minus>
Check and confirm displayed data.
Close table.
To make the cancellation, reply to the security query with <yes>.
Fixed weight and price of the current PLU are deducted from the totals.
Cancel several packages or boxes
To cancel several packages of a particular PLU or whole boxes, manually enter the value
you want to deduct, such as the package number
, weight and price totals using the minus
tool. Next, select the totals memory from which you want to deduct.
CAUTION If the value you want to subtract is greater than the current sum,
all total memories will be deleted
!
Possible data loss.
– Use this function with particular care.
– Before you run the function, check all the displayed values.

Enter the cancellation data in the table editor. As you do so, enter the overall totals of
all the packages you want to cancel

Carefully check and confirm your entries.
Close table.
To make the cancellation, reply to the security query with <yes>.
The piece number as well as weight and price totals are subtracted from the selected total
memories.
