Discover value for partition in SGTIN-96
The partition is an ID for the separation between manufacturer number and product num-
ber. The value can be taken from the technical data for the SGTIN-96 by EPC
.
Example: The preset 5 defines 24 bits for the manufacturer number and 20 bits for the
article number.
