SPIXR Slave Select Timing Register
Slave Select Active After Last SCK
Number of system clock cycles that SS is active from the last SCK edge to when
SS is inactive.
Slave Select Active Before SCK
Number of system clock cycles between the time SS is asserted until the first SCK
edge.
