DLP-G162 Change IP Settings
Caution Changing the node IP address, subnet mask, or IIOP listener port causes the TCC2s/TCC2Ps to reboot.
If Ethernet circuits using Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) originate or terminate on E-Series Ethernet
cards installed in the node, circuit traffic will be lost for several minutes while the spanning trees
reconverge. Other circuits are not affected by TCC2/TCC2P reboots.
Step 1 In node view, click the Provisioning > Network > General tabs.
Step 2 Change any of the following, as required:
• IP Address
• Suppress CTC IP Display
• LCD IP Setting
• Default Router
• Forward DHCP Request To
• Net/Subnet Mask Length
• TCC CORBA (IIOP) Listener Port
• Gateway Settings
Purpose This task changes the IP address, subnet mask, default router, Dynamic
Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) access, firewall Internet Inter-Object
Request Broker Protocol (IIOP) listener port, LCD IP display, and proxy
server settings.
