❒ Printouts may vary depending on how the
sender set them.
❒ If another party sends you a fax and their ma-
chine is not able to detect the size of the orig-
inal correctly, the message may come out
truncated, separated or containing excess
white space when printed at your end. For ex-
ample, if the sending machine thinks a B5
original is a B4 original, it will be printed at
your end on B4 size paper even if you have
B5 paper available in your machine.
