The beeper (key tone) sounds when a key is pressed.

Specify whether the beeper sounds when the machine becomes ready for copying after Energy Saver
mode is deactivated or the power is turned on.
Note
❒ If the “Panel Tone”setting is “Off”, the beeper does not sound irrespective of the “Warm Up No-
tice”setting.

The copy counter can be set to show the number of copies made (count up) or the number of copies
remaining to be made (count down).
