Managing the Number of Copies to be Printed
Preparation
Optional User Account Enhance Unit TypeB must be installed to manage the number of copies to
be printed. For more information about installing User Account Enhance Unit TypeB, see "Installing
the User Account Enhance Unit TypeB" in the Setup Guide.

Run SmartNetMonitor for Admin.

Click the [Group] menu, point to [Open LAN], and then select [TCP/IP] or [IPX/SPX].
A list of printer appears.

❒ Select the protocol of the printer you want to change the configuration.

On the list, click to select the printer whose statistics information you want to manage.

From the [Tools] menu, select [User Management Tool].
The screen that prompts you to type a password appears.

Type a password, and then click [OK].
Note
❒ The factory default password is "password".
The User Code Maintenance Tool starts up.
