Changing the Network Interface Board Configuration

Run SmartNetMonitor for Admin.

Click the [Group] menu, point to [Open LAN], and select [TCP/IP] or [IPX/SPX]. A list of printers
appears.

❒ Select the protocol of the printer you want to change the configure.

On the list, click to select the printer you want to change the configure.

From the [Tools] menu, select [NIB Setup Tool].
The NIB Setup Tool starts up.

Select [Wizard] or [Property Sheet], and then click [Next].
• When configuring the network interface board for the first time, select [Wizard].
• When changing the configuration of the network interface board or configuring it in detail, select
[Property Sheet].
