Press this key to begin warm-up.
Pressing this key again while in warm-up mode
cancels warm-up.
Note
❒ This key is inactive while scanning or set-

Main power indicator
Lights up when the main power switch is set to On.

Operation Switch
Pressing this switch turns the machine on. The
power indicator lights up. To turn the machine off,
press this switch again.

Use to begin scanning, file storage, or delivery.

• Clear: Clears an entered numeric value.
• Stop: Stops scanning.

Use to enter a numeric value.

Number keys
Use to enter numeric values.

Function keys
Pressing the Copy, Document Server, Fax, Printer,
Scanner, Full Color, Black & White, Single Color,
or Two-Color key activates the respective function.
The display content changes accordingly.
13.
Function Status indicator
The indicator for the function selected by the func-
tion key lights up.
• When lit yellow, the corresponding function is
selected.
• When lit green, the corresponding function is
active.
• When lit red, the corresponding function is in-
terrupted. Press the respective key and follow
the instructions that appear on the display.
