Full: Waste Toner The waste toner is full Replace a new waste toner.

Low: Black Toner The toner cartridge is not set correct-
ly or toner is almost running out.
Set the toner cartridge correctly.
Low: Cyan Toner The toner cartridge is not set correct-
ly or toner is almost running out.
Set the toner cartridge correctly.
Low: Magenta Toner The toner cartridge is not set correct-
ly or toner is almost running out.
Set the toner cartridge correctly.
Low: Yellow Toner The toner cartridge is not set correct-
ly or toner is almost running out.
Set the toner cartridge correctly.
Low: Staples The staple is not set correctly or sta-
ple is almost running out.
Set the staple cartridge correctly.
Malfunction: Duplex Unit An error has occurred in the optional
Duplex Unit.
First, turn the power switch off and
then on. If the message appears again,
