3.5.4.1 System Register file
This device includes a 32-byte register file that is powered in all power modes. The
System Register file is made up of eight 4-byte registers RFSYS_REGn, where n ranges
from 0 to 7.
Also, it retains contents during low-voltage detect (LVD) events and is only reset during
a power-on reset.

3.5.5.1 VBAT register file

powered by VBAT. The VBAT Register file is made up of eight 4-byte registers
RFVBAT_REGn, where n ranges from 0 to 7.
It is only reset during VBAT power-on reset.
