2. Press [System Settings].
3. Press [Administrator Tools].
4. Press [Address Book Management].
5. Press [Program / Change].
6. Select the name whose code is to be deleted.
Press the name key, or enter the registered number using the number keys.
You can search by the registered name, user code, fax number, folder name, e-mail address, or IP-
Fax destination.
7. Press [Auth. Info].
8. Press [Change] to delete the user code, and then press the [ ] key.
9. Press [OK].
10. Press [Exit].
11. Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.
