2. Press [System Settings].
3. Press [Administrator Tools].
4. Press [Display / Clear / Print Counter per User].
5. Press [Print Counter List] under "All Users".
6. Select the function usage you want to print from [Copier], [Printer], [Fax Prints], [Fax
Transmission], [Scanner], and [Total Prints].
7. Press [Print].
8. Press [Exit].
9. Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.
