2. Press [System Settings].
3. Press [Administrator Tools].
4. Press [Address Book: Program / Change / Delete Group].
5. Check that [Program / Change] is selected.
6. Press the group key you want to register or enter the registered number using the number
keys.
You can search by the registered name.
7. Press [Protection].
8. Press [Folder Destination] under "Protection Object".
9. Press [Change] under "Protection Code".
10. Enter a protection code using the number keys, and then press the [ ] key.
11. Press [OK].
12. Press [Exit].
13. Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.
• Specify a protection code of up to eight digits. You can also specify "Protection" without specifying
a protection code.
