Store and Print
Use this function to print the file at once and also store the file in the printer.
The "User ID" can contain up to eight alphanumeric (a- z, A- Z, 0- 9) characters. The "Password"
must be 4-8 digits.
The "File Name" can contain up to 16 alphanumeric (a-z, A-Z, 0-9) characters.

Document Server
Use this function to store documents that you want to print in the printer, as well as documents you

How to use the Sample Print function
Follow the procedure below to print a document using the Sample Print function.
Windows
1. In the application, on the [File] menu, click [Print].
The [Print] dialog box appears.
2. Select the printer, and then open the [Printing Preferences] dialog box.
3. On the [One Click Presets] tab, in the [Job Type:] list, click [Sample Print].
4. Click [Details...].
