16. Remove the eject roll shaft (E).
Finisher bottom cover removal
1. Remove the two screws securing the finisher bottom cover (A) to the finisher.
2. Remove the finisher bottom cover (A).
Reinstallation note: Make sure to put the power cord (B) into the notch on the finisher bottom cover (A).
Finisher buffer roll assembly removal
1. Remove the rear upper cover. See “Rear upper cover removal” on page 4-309.
2. Open the finisher front door assembly.
3. Remove the stapler unit cartridge.
4. Move the stapler unit assembly by hand as far to the rear as it will go.
5. Lower the buffer pinch guide assembly (A).
