CURSor:WAVEform:HDELTA?
Description
This query--only command returns the horizontal difference between
the waveform cursors. This is the absolute value of the horizontal posi-
tion of the first cursor minus the horizontal position of the second cur-
sor. This is equivalent to the waveform delta--time readout value.

This query might return

indicating that the time between the waveform cursors is 1.03 ns.
