Description
This command sets or returns the bit rate for the user mask.

This is a number that sets the bit rate of the user mask in bits per sec-
ond.
Example 1
MASK:USER:BITRATE 156e6
Sets the bit rate.
Example 2
MASK:USER:BITRATE?
Might return: 1560000
