MASK:USER:SEG<m> DELEte
Description
This command deletes the specified mask segment from the User mask,
whether or not the User mask is the current mask.

Arguments
H <m>
Is an integer that specifies the User mask segment number to delete
from the User mask.
Example
MASK:USER:SEG3 DELETE
Deletes mask segment three from the User mask.
