MASK:TESt:WAVEform
Description
This command sets or returns the number of waveforms to test during
pass/fail testing. If Averaging is on, this is the number of averaged wa-
veforms to test during pass/fail testing. In other words, it specifies the
number of waveforms to be acquired in counting the mask hits in the
pass/fail test. The default is 20.

Is an integer that sets the number of tested (sampled or averaged) wa-
veforms to test for each pass/fail test.
