hostname
This command sets the system hostname and changes the prompt. The length of the name can be
up to 64 alphanumeric, case-sensitive characters.
set clibanner
Use this command to add the CLI banner. The CLI banner is the text that displays before you log in
and before the CLI prompt is displayed. The banner message supports up to 2000 characters. By
default
, no CLI banner is displayed, that is, there is no text.
no set clibanner
Use this command to remove the CLI banner.
show clibanner
Use this command to display the CLI banner. The CLI banner is the text that displays before you
log in and before the CLI prompt is displayed. By default, no CLI banner is displayed, that is, there
is no text.
