Authentication Agent Error 556
The system has timed out during database processing. The database that the ApeosWare
Authentication Agent is connected to has overloaded and resulted in an error.
Applicable Fault Code
• 016-556: Authentication Agent Error *SERVICE_IS_PROCESSING
Initial Actions
• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure

Other error has occurred in the authentication. This is an internal error of the ApeosWare
Authentication Agent.
Applicable Fault Code
• 016-557: Authentication Agent Error *INTERNAL_ERROR

• Power cycle the printer.
