DMA Transfer Fail
During compression/expansion, although the specified data has been input, the compression/
expansion process does not end. This is very likely to occur due to software malfunction or data
corruption (RAM/HDD).
Applicable Fault Code
• 024-364: <Image Output> DMA Transfer Error
Initial Actions
• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure

Error has occurred due to one of the following problems.
• Incorrect Line Sync was detected.
• An error has occurred when accessing the PCI due to problems with the PCI bus
Applicable Fault Codes
• 024-367: Other errors from Decompress (Extension)
• 024-368: <Image Output> PCI Bus Error

• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure
