REP 12.1 HVPS2 PWB

CAUTION: PWB’s can be damaged by an electrostatic discharge. Observe all ESD procedures to
avoid component damage.
CAUTION: Do not touch the IBT Belt surface.
1. Remove the IBT Unit (REP 9.10 IBT Unit on page 4-177).
2. Remove the Top Cover Assembly (REP 1.1 Top Cover Assembly on page 4-9).
3. Remove 6 screws (silver, tapped, 8 mm) that secure the HVPS2 PWB to the HV Transfer Guide (PL
12.1.12).
4. Open the HVPS2 PWB and disconnect the wiring harness connector P/J552 and Ground connector.
5. Remove the HVPS2 PWB.
