• 018-508: CA Authentication Server Fatal Error

• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure

Detected User Duplication, in LDAP
Two or more entries that have the same information as the currently used Smart Card were found in
the database of the LDAP server.
Applicable Fault Code
• 018-595: Duplicate IDs were detected at ICCG external authentication (LDAP protocol)

• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure
