Two or more entries with the same Smart Card information were found in the temporary user DB of
Active Directory or Authentication Agent.

• 016-562: Authentication Agent error * Duplicate IDs were detected at ICCG external
authentication

• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure
