HP-GL/2 command error occurred.
Applicable Fault Code
• 116-714: A HP-GL command error was detected.
Initial Actions
• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure

116-715 Max Form to PLW Registered
The PLW form data cannot be registered because of the restriction on the number of forms.

• 116-715: <PLW form registration error> The PLW form data cannot be registered because of the
restriction on the number of forms.
Initial Actions
• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure

1. Correct or remove the data in the print data that causes the error.
If the problem persists (when HDD failure is suspected), go to:

• Printing can be performed but Abnormally on page 2-410

1. After checking the registered forms using the Operation Panel utility, delete the unnecessary
forms/logos.
Or, delete the unnecessary forms with Print Command.
