Syntax error, usage of undefined command, parameter error, damaged DocuWorks file, internal error
of the DocuWorks Decomposer has occurred during DocuWorks Decomposer process.

• 026-704: XDW Error
Initial Actions
• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure.
DocuWorks Short of Memory
Insufficient memory was detected during DocuWorks Decomposer process.

1. Print from the DocuWorks Viewer using the Print Driver (ART-EX, PCL, etc.).

1. If the Print mode is set to High Quality, change it to Normal. If it is set to Normal, change it to High
Speed.
2. If the problem persists, increase the memory.
3. If the problem still occurs despite increasing the memory to the maximum, use the Print Driver (ART-
EX, PCL, etc.) to print from the DocuWorks Viewer.
