116-389 No Add-On RAM that Should Be
RAM error has occurred. Although the configuration (with HDD, etc.) requires an Extension RAM, it was
detected that the Extension RAM is not installed.
Applicable Fault Code
• 116-389: The necessary additional RAM was not installed.
Initial Actions
• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure
