116-388 No HD that Should Be
An HDD error has occurred. Although the configuration requires a HDD, it was detected that the HDD is
not installed.
Applicable Fault Code
• 116-388: The necessary HD was not installed.
Initial Actions
• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure

Step Actions and Questions
1. Turn the printer power Off and On.
If the problem persists, reinstall the HDD (REP 12.21 Hard Disk Drive (Optional) on page 4-236).
2. If the problem persists, go to HDD System Fail on page 2-408.
