Tray 2, 3, 4 Error: Size Unknown
Paper size mismatch error has occurred due to one of the following problems.
• When the paper length in Slow Scan direction is measured on the paper feed path, the detected
size is different from the size detected by the Tray.
• The Paper Size in Tray 1/ 2/ 3/ 4and the Paper Size specified for printing are different.
Applicable Fault Codes
• 024-911: Size Mismatch Tray 2 - Measured Length Mismatch
• 024-912: Size Mismatch Tray 3 - Measured Length Mismatch
• 024-913: Size Mismatch Tray 4 - Measured Length Mismatch
• 024-959: Tray 1 Size Mismatch
• 024-960: Tray 2 Size Mismatch
• 024-961: Tray 3 Size Mismatch
• 024-962: Tray 4 Size Mismatch
Initial Actions
• Check the paper path for debris.
• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure
