The Billing Counters that are stored in multiple locations are all different.

• 124-324: <Cannot Copy/Scan/Print Fail> Billing Fail (By PWB Replacement. The Billing Counter is
mismatched at 3 locations.
Initial Actions
• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure
