2. Check the CRUM PWB part of the Toner
Cartridge (Y/ M/ C/ K).
Is the connection terminal of the CRUM PWB
part in the Toner Cartridge (Y/ M/ C/ K)
damaged?
Replace the Toner
Cartridge (Y/ M/ C/ K)

3. Check the Toner CRUM Connector Assembly.

Go to step 5. Connect the
