Encryption error has occurred due one of the following problems.
• A problem has occurred in the software processing and it is unable to continue with the
subsequent processes. Other Adjustments (reference) The counter number that is used in the
Counter Report has exceeded the defined value.
• A problem has occurred in the software processing and it is unable to continue with the
subsequent processes.
Applicable Fault Codes
• 116-321: SysCon Error
• 116-322: WebDAV-related Fatal Error
Initial Actions
• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure.
