System data error has occurred due to one of the following problems.
• AAA-related fatal error was detected.
• Before the AAA Manager Task had reached Task Available (Ready to Copy is displayed) during the
boot sequence, abnormal settings of system data in the authentication system and the
accounting system was detected. This is caused by system data mis-setting from tools other than
KO TOOLS. If abnormal settings of system data in the authentication system and the accounting
system was detected, the system will perform automatic change (to automatically cancel the error
settings) and then automatically reboot. This Fault detection is caused by system data missetting
from tools other than KO TOOLS.
Applicable Fault Codes
• 116-393: AAA Manager Fatal Error
• 116-394: Abnormal Authentication Mode and Accounting Mode Settings Detected during AAA

• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure
