4. Disconnect the wiring harness connector P/J431 that is connected to the Duplex PWB (PL 14.3.8).
5. Remove the E-ring that secures the Duplex In Clutch Assembly.
6. While freeing the depressed part of the Duplex In Clutch Assembly from the protrusion of the
Duplex Unit, remove the Duplex In Clutch Assembly.

Replacement Note: When installing the Duplex Idle Gear Assembly to the Duplex Unit, do not
forget to reattach the Swing Spring (PL 14.2.17) (see Figure 1 on page 4-254).
