Description: Displays the counter reading for internal errors.
Description: Displays the compensation values for the analog inputs/outputs on the Control Unit DC MASTER (CUD).
Note: Analog input 0 - X177.25/26 - voltage input
[0] = Compensation value at 0 V
[1] = Compensation value at +10 V
[2] = Compensation value at -10 V
[3] = Compensation value at reference value

[4] = Compensation value at 0 mA
