F30035 Power unit: Air intake overtemperature
Message value: %1
Message class: Power electronics faulted (5)
Drive object: DC_CTRL, DC_CTRL_R, DC_CTRL_R_S, DC_CTRL_S
Reaction: OFF1 (OFF2)
Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY
Cause: The air intake in the power unit has exceeded the permissible temperature limit.
For air-cooled power units, the temperature limit is at 55 °C.
- ambient temperature too high.
- insufficient cooling, fan failure.
Fault value (r0949, interpret decimal):
Temperature [0.01 °C].
Remedy: - check whether the fan is running.
- check the fan elements.
- check whether the ambient temperature is in the permissible range.
Notice:
This fault can only be acknowledged after this alarm threshold for alarm A05002 has been undershot.
F30037 Power unit: Rectifier overtemperature
Message value: %1
Message class: Power electronics faulted (5)
Drive object: DC_CTRL, DC_CTRL_R, DC_CTRL_R_S, DC_CTRL_S
Reaction: OFF2
Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY
Cause: The temperature in the rectifier of the power unit has exceeded the permissible temperature limit.
- insufficient cooling, fan failure.
- overload.
- ambient temperature too high.
- line supply phase failure.
Fault value (r0949, interpret decimal):
Temperature [0.01 °C].
Remedy: - check whether the fan is running.
- check the fan elements.
- check whether the ambient temperature is in the permissible range.
- check the motor load.
- check the line supply phases.
Notice:
This fault can only be acknowledged after this alarm threshold for alarm A05004 has been undershot.
F30040 Power unit: Undervolt 24/48 V
Message value: Channel: %1, voltage: %2 [0.1 V]
Message class: Supply voltage fault (undervoltage) (3)
Drive object: DC_CTRL, DC_CTRL_R, DC_CTRL_R_S, DC_CTRL_S
Reaction: OFF2
Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY (POWER ON)
Cause: The undervoltage threshold of the 24 V power supply for the power unit was fallen below for longer than 3 ms.
Note:
- for booksize power units, the undervoltage threshold is 15 V.
- for CU310-2, CUA31 and CUA32 the undervoltage threshold is 16 V.
- for all other power units (e.g. S120M), the undervoltage threshold depends on the power unit, and is not displayed.
Fault value (r0949, interpret hexadecimal):
yyxxxx hex: yy = channel, xxxx = voltage [0.1 V]
yy = 0: 24 V power supply
yy = 1: 48 V power supply
