2.2 List of parameters
Note: The set time is rounded internally to an integer multiple of the monitoring clock (p9500/p9300) cycle.
SDI: Safe Direction (safe motion direction)
Description: Sets the stop response for the function "Safe motion direction" (SDI).
This setting applies to both directions of motion.
In the case of encoderless motion monitoring (p9306 = 1), only a value of 0 or 1 is permitted.
Value: 0: STOP A
1: STOP B
2: STOP C
3: STOP D
4: STOP E
10: STOP A with delayed STO when the bus fails
11: STOP B with delayed STO when the bus fails
12: STOP C with delayed STO when the bus fails
13: STOP D with delayed STO when the bus fails
14: STOP E with delayed STO when the bus fails

Notice: This parameter is overwritten by the copy function of the safety functions integrated in the drive.
Note: In the extended sense, a bus failure should be seen here as a communication error in the control signals of the safety
functions (e.g. via PROFIsafe or TM54F).

SAM is de-activated once the set velocity limit has been undershot.
Notice: This parameter is overwritten by the copy function of the safety functions integrated in the drive.
Note: SAM: Safe Acceleration Monitor (safe acceleration monitoring)
SSM: Safe Speed Monitor (safety-relevant feedback signal from the velocity monitoring)
For p9568 = p9368 = 0, the following applies:
The value in p9546/p9346 (SSM) is applied as the velocity limit for SAM.
