<Cautions on Operations in the Presetter
Measurement Sub Mode>

4. When measuring the tool geometry offset
data, be sure to use the presetter
measurement sub modes below. If the
tool geometry offset data is measured
using the manual pulse generator, the
measured data may be unstable. To
retract a tool that is touching the sensor by
using the manual pulse generator, keep
pressing the axis feed button in the jog
mode.

4. Cuando mida los datos de corrección geométrica
de la herramienta, asegúrese de utilizar los
siguientes submodos de medición del preajusta-
dor. Si se miden los datos de corrección geomé-
trica de la herramienta usando el generador
manual de impulsos, los datos registrados
podrían ser inestables. Para hacer retroceder
una herramienta que esté tocando el sensor
mediante el generador manual de impulsos,
pulse en repetidas ocasiones el interruptor de
avance del eje en el modo de avance por impul-
sos sucesivos.

1. Manual axis feedrate is fixed at
52 mm/min.
2. When the axis feed button is pressed once
while the axis is stopped, the axis moves
5 mm. To stop the axis movement, press
the (RESET) key to cancel the preset-
ter measurement sub mode. If the tool
does not touch the stylus even if the axis
is moved 5 mm, the PC alarm "EX4917
TOOL DOESN'T TOUCH ON THE SEN-
SOR" is displayed. Release the alarm by
pressing the (RESET) key before
pressing the [Presetter Mode] button
and press the axis feed button again.
3. In uni-directional axis movement in the
presetter measurement sub mode, the
axis movement direction is not changed
even if the axis feed button of the other
axis feed direction is pressed.
4. In uni-directional axis movement in the
presetter measurement sub mode, if the
axis feed button of the same axis feed
direction is held down, the axis moves
while the switch is being held down and
stops when it is released, as in normal jog
feed operation.

1. La velocidad de avance manual del eje se fija a
52 mm/min.
2. Cuando se pulsa una vez el botón de avance del
eje mientras el eje está detenido, éste se des-
plaza 5 mm. Para detener el movimiento del eje,
pulse la tecla (RESET) para cancelar el sub-
modo de medición del preajustador. En el caso
de que la herramienta no entre en contacto con el
palpador aunque el eje se desplace 5 mm, se
mostrará la alarma del PC "EX4917 TOOL
DOESN'T TOUCH ON THE SENSOR". Cancele
la alarma pulsando la tecla de reinicio
(RESET) antes de pulsar el botón [Modo del
preajustador] y pulse de nuevo el botón de
avance del eje.
3. Durante el movimiento unidireccional del eje en el
submodo de medición del preajustador, la direc-
ción de movimiento del eje no cambia aunque se
pulse el botón de avance del eje en la otra
dirección.
4. Durante el movimiento unidireccional del eje en el
submodo de medición del preajustador, si
mantiene pulsado el botón de avance del eje de
la misma dirección de avance del eje, éste se
desplaza mientras se mantenga pulsado el
interruptor y se detiene cuando se suelta, igual
que en la operación normal de ajuste a avances
sucesivos.
