1) Items Displayed on Screen
CHANGR T. GROUP:
Tool group in which all the
registered tools have
reached the end of their
lives.
GP: Tool Group Number
(1 to 9999)
Type: Tool Life Counting
Conditions (Times and
time)
Set Value: Initial Setting of Tool Life
Data
Current Value: Present Counted Tool Life
Data
(Preliminary Value): * Option
(EX alarm is triggered when
the specified value is
exceeded. This function is
used when tools are
checked during tool life.)
Select Tool: Tool number of the tool
presently used ("IN USE"
status) or the tool number
of the tool to be called by
the next T command.
Rest: Number of available tools
excepting the tool assigned
as "IN USE".
"**" is displayed when all
the tools in the group
exceed the specified tool
life.
TL No: All the tool numbers in the
same group are registered.
STATE: The tool state (USABLE, IN
USE, LIFE, or SKIP) is
displayed.

GP: Número de grupo de herramienta (1
a 9999)
Tipo: Condiciones de recuento de vida de
herramienta (usos y tiempo)
Valor ajustado: Configuración inicial de los datos de
vida de herramienta
Valor actual: Datos de vida de herramienta
actualmente contados
(Valor preliminar): * Opción
(La alarma EX se activa cuando se
supera el valor especificado. Esta
función se utiliza cuando se
comprueban las herramientas
durante la vida de herramienta).
Selección de herramienta:
Número de herramienta de la
herramienta actualmente utilizada
(estado "EN USO") o número de
herramienta de la herramienta a la
que se llamará mediante el
siguiente comando T.
Restantes: Número de herramientas
disponibles exceptuando la
herramienta asignada como "EN
USO".
"**" se muestra cuando todas las
herramientas del grupo exceden la
vida especificada de la herramienta.
NÚMERO DE HERRAMIENTA:
Se registran todos los números de
herramienta del mismo grupo.
ESTADO: El estado de la herramienta
(UTILBLE, EN USO, VIDA o
SALTO) se muestra.
